Design to Disrupt Card Deck
Design to Disrupt is an inquiry-based toolkit for critically reflexive practice in museums. In the form of a card deck and a guidebook, the toolkit helps individuals and teams engage in an ongoing process of attending to the assumptions, biases, and values underlying our decision making and actions. The Design to Disrupt card deck prompts you to consider the values showing up in your work, think intersectionally about communities being centered, uplift different ways to know and understand the world, and let go of barriers that no longer serve us. Use the card deck as a reflection tool to check in with yourself and your team and catalyze change within your spheres of influence.
